SDS is pleased to announce that it has joined British Water and will be represented on the technical forum for Surface Water Management. British Water is the lead representative and business development organisation for the supply chain of the UK water industry; membership provides SDS with an essential opportunity to share best practice with other manufacturers and the wider group of water industry stakeholders.
SDS Market Development Manager, Jo Bradley, formerly of the Environment Agency for over 26 years, said: “We look forward to contributing to technical guidance that we can share with our customers and we know that, by extending our reach into the water industry, we can play a vital role in the improvement of SuDS implementation across the UK.”
SDS will also contribute technical expertise and product information to the innovation exchange between British Water and Highways England where it will participate in the shaping of drainage specifications for motorways and trunk roads across England.
